This role has the final say on a piece of work before it gets printed or sent to a client. The Creative Directors role is to have every piece of the project ran past by them for checks and final touches, they determine if a piece of graphic design is good enough to be manufactured.

Pros - Leading role of a project, Has the final say, Paid well, manages budget, leaders of the team

Cons - Can be stressful, multiple projects on the go, need a high attention span
