COPYRIGHT AND IT'S MEANING

-Big brands have their logo copyrighted, meaning they have all the rights and own all the license to that logo. If someone uses a logo that is copyrighted. For example, if converse used Nike logo on their shoe without Nikes permission then Nike could take legal action and sue.


-An artist could copyright their art, this means no one will use their art especially when money is involved.



TRADEMARK

-The main difference is that a trademark protects the unique identification of a brand or product (e.g. the logo of a brand) and must be applied for, whereas copyright prevents copying, reproduction, or distribution of specific work
